Return Policy
Just Be by Shelly accepts returns strictly under the conditions outlined below. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to this return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in cases of verified product defects.
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered defective.
Return Authorization Process
Customers must email justbebyshelly@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt to request return authorization.
The request must include the order number and a description of the issue.
Photographic documentation of the item is strongly encouraged and may expedite the review process.
Upon review, if the designer determines the item to be defective, the customer will be provided with a return shipping address.
Shipping Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon inspection.
Credits and Resolution
Once the returned item is received and verified as defective, an online store credit will be issued.
The store credit will include the original shipping cost of $7.
Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for future purchases only.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
All items are handmade, and minor variations are inherent to the nature of handcrafted products.
Handmade jewelry is more delicate than mass-produced items; proper care and handling are essential to maintain quality and longevity.
Just Be by Shelly reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
