Just Be by Shelly accepts returns strictly under the conditions outlined below. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to this return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted in cases of verified product defects.

• Items that show signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered defective.

Return Authorization Process

• Customers must email justbebyshelly@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt to request return authorization.

• The request must include the order number and a description of the issue.

• Photographic documentation of the item is strongly encouraged and may expedite the review process.

• Upon review, if the designer determines the item to be defective, the customer will be provided with a return shipping address.

Shipping Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon inspection.

Credits and Resolution

• Once the returned item is received and verified as defective, an online store credit will be issued.

• The store credit will include the original shipping cost of $7.

• Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for future purchases only.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

• All items are handmade, and minor variations are inherent to the nature of handcrafted products.

• Handmade jewelry is more delicate than mass-produced items; proper care and handling are essential to maintain quality and longevity.
